What if my exchange is lower/higher in price?

U.S. Customers

For U.S. orders, if you are exchanging for a lower value item, we will issue a partial refund back to your original method of payment at the time your returned item is processed, 5 business days after receipt. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear on your statement. If you are exchanging for a higher value item, our Returns Center will direct you to pay this difference as part of initiating your exchange.

Note: If you have paid via Shop Pay Installments or PayBright, you will continue to be charged as normal. If you are exchanging for a lower value item and we have issued you a partial refund back, this will be deducted from the total balance owed to Shop Pay Installments or PayBright.

Canadian and International Customers

For Canadian and international orders, we are not able to offer international exchanges at this time. Please initiate a return here for a refund and re-order online whenever you are ready.
