What if my exchange is lower/higher in price?

If you are exchanging for a lower value item, we will issue a partial refund back to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for this credit to appear on your statement. If you are exchanging for a higher value item, we will email you a custom invoice to pay for the difference in price. 

Note: If you have paid via Klarna or PayBright, you will continue to be charged as normal. If you are exchanging for a lower value item and we have issued you a partial refund back, this will be deducted from the total allowance owed to Klarna or PayBright.
