What is the status of my return/exchange?
Once your return has been received back to our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for our receivings team to inspect, process, and issue your refund or set up your new order.
US: To view where your return package is in transit, please visit the FedEx website and input your return tracking number - this will be visible on your shipping label. You can find this label in your email inbox from the first return email that was sent to you titled "Return confirmation".
INTL: To view where your return package is in transit, please reference your DHL return tracking number that was provided to you when you shipped back your order.
If you've opted for a refund, you will receive a refund notification email to the email address on file. This will confirm the money has been returned back to you and the return is complete.
If you've opted for an exchange, you will receive a new order confirmation email to the email address on file. This will confirm your new order has been set up and is in queue to be processed. As a kind reminder, we are not able to offer international exchanges (orders outside of the U.S.) at this time. Please initiate a return here for a refund and then re-order online whenever you are ready.
If you've opted for an exchange, please double-check the product page for the set you're exchanging to be notified of any backorders. If your exchange is a preorder item, we'll still set it up for you and it will remain in queue until inventory is available again.
