We’re sorry to hear that your Luxies are not a perfect match! We’ll be happy to help you choose a color in exchange. Please email us at info@luxyhair.com with a few photos of your hair in natural lighting where we can see it fully, and a photo of the tester weft in comparison to your hair so that we can see how far off it is.
