Can I try a sample swatch before deciding which color I want in exchange?

Yes! We're happy to offer sample swatches to our customers - you may choose up to 3 swatches. You may place a sample swatch order here. Feel free to reach out to us at info@luxyhair.com with a few photos of your hair in natural lighting (where we can see it fully) if you aren't sure which colors you should order.
U.S. orders - Once you have found your ideal match, you can start your exchange through our online Returns Center (U.S. only). Alternatively, if you are in a rush, you may want to return your original order for a refund using our returns portal here, and then purchase your new set online right away.
For Canadian and international orders - please initiate a return here for a refund, and feel free to purchase a new shade online that suits you better!
