How do I exchange to a different length, weight or collection?

Yes! If you are based in the U.S., to exchange for a different length, weight, etc., please initiate a return for a store credit and opt to use our FedEx label to ship your return. Your credit will be emailed to you within a few hours of FedEx scanning the package into their system, and you can then repurchase the set you prefer.

Please follow the steps below: 

  1. Go to https://bit.ly/luxystartreturn.
  2. Input your 6-digit order number and the email used to place the order.
  3. Select 'Return Item' NOT 'Exchange Item'
  4. Select your reason and then the sub-reason for returning your set, and input any comments you would like to add.
  5. Click “Next”, and then select 'Drop Off your Package at FedEx'.
  6. Select your preferred FedEx drop-off location or click 'Proceed without selecting a drop-off location'.
  7. Select to receive 'Luxy Hair Store Credit' and click 'Next'
  8. Finally, click 'Submit'.

Once you drop the return order off at FedEx, your store credit will be emailed to you and you can go online to re-purchase your new set.
