How do I exchange to a different length, weight or collection?
Yes! If you are based in the U.S., to exchange for a different length, weight, etc., please initiate a return for a store credit and opt to use our FedEx label to ship your return. Your credit will be emailed to you within a few hours of FedEx scanning the package into their system, and you can then repurchase the set you prefer.
Please follow the steps below:
- Go to https://bit.ly/luxystartreturn.
- Input your 6-digit order number and the email used to place the order.
- Select 'Return Item' NOT 'Exchange Item'
- Select your reason and then the sub-reason for returning your set, and input any comments you would like to add.
- Click “Next”, and then select 'Drop Off your Package at FedEx'.
- Select your preferred FedEx drop-off location or click 'Proceed without selecting a drop-off location'.
- Select to receive 'Luxy Hair Store Credit' and click 'Next'
- Finally, click 'Submit'.
Once you drop the return order off at FedEx, your store credit will be emailed to you and you can go online to re-purchase your new set.
