How do I track my returned set? 

Any refunds will be processed once your set arrives back at our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days once it arrives back for your refund to be issued. Exchanges and store credit will be processed  as soon as the carrier receives your return package with the security seals intact on the set(s) and scans it into the system.

Tracking Your Return
For US customers -

To determine where your package is in transit back to our warehouse, kindly look for the tracking number shown on your return shipping label that was emailed to you:

In this example, the FedEx tracking number is: 393251757077. Enter your tracking number into the FedEx website at www.fedex.com to track the journey of your set back to our warehouse.

This tracking will show when your order is expected to arrive back at our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah.

For a refund - you will receive a confirmation email that a refund has been processed back to your original method of payment.

For an exchange - you will receive a confirmation email that your exchange set has been shipped to you. Please allow a further 1-4 business days for delivery.

For Canadian and international customers -

To determine where your package is in transit back to our warehouse, kindly look for the DHL tracking number shown on your return shipping label that was emailed to you. Enter your tracking number into the DHL website here.

Your refund will be issued within 5 business days of receipt! Please allow a few additional days for the credit to appear on your statement.

 As a kind reminder, we are not able to offer international exchanges at this time. Please initiate a return here and re-order whenever you are ready.
Please note that if your set is not received in returnable condition per our return policy, your original method of payment may be charged for the cost of the set.
