How long will it take to receive my refund/exchange?

For returns: Please allow 3-5 business days from the date your order is received at our warehouse for your refund to be issued, or for your exchange to be processed.

For U.S. exchanges and Shop Now with Store Credit: In order to bring you good hair days as quickly as possible, your new order will be released as soon as the carrier receives your return package with the security seals intact on the set(s) and scans it into their tracking system.

For Canadian and international orders: As a kind reminder, we are not able to offer international exchanges at this time. Please initiate a return here for a refund and re-order online whenever you are ready. 

To see where your return order is in transit, please check the tracking number provided in your return confirmation email and plug it into the FedEx website (U.S. returns). For Canadian and international orders, please enter the DHL tracking number of your return label to track the journey of your order back to our warehouse.
Please note that if your set is not received in returnable condition per our return policy, your original method of payment may be charged for the cost of the set.
