How long will it take to receive my refund/exchange?

Please allow 3-5 business days from the date your order is received at our warehouse for your refund to be issued, or for your exchange to be processed.

For U.S. exchanges: If you wish to receive your new Luxy Hair set sooner rather than later, we suggest returning your order for a full refund instead, and re-ordering another set directly on our website. If you'd like to go this route but have already issued an exchange via our returns centre, please chat with our team or email in to info@luxyhair.com and we'll be happy to make a correction to your account.

For Canadian and international orders: As a kind reminder, we are not able to offer international exchanges at this time. Please initiate a return here for a refund and re-order online whenever you are ready. 

To see where your return order is in transit, please check the tracking number provided in your return confirmation email and plug it into the FedEx website (U.S. returns). For Canadian and international orders, please enter the DHL tracking number of your return label to track the journey of your order back to our warehouse.
