I refused my package. When will I received a refund?

If you have refused your package because you no longer wish to receive your order, you will be required to wait until the package reaches our warehouse (in Salt Lake City, Utah) before your refund will be processed.
Kindly note, any shipping costs and insurance fees are non-refundable even in the event of a package refusal.
For international orders, if you have pre-paid customs and duties on your order, you will receive reimbursement for any customs/duties already paid, once the order arrives back at our warehouse.
