I refused my package. When will I received a refund?

If you have refused your package because you no longer wish to receive your order, you will be required to wait until the package reaches our warehouse (in Salt Lake City, Utah) before your refund will be processed. Please note, it can take several weeks to be received back to us. If you would like to expedite this process, we suggest accepting the package and shipping it out via an expedited shipping service of your choice.

Kindly note, any shipping costs and insurance fees are non-refundable even in the event of a package refusal.

For international orders, if you have pre-paid customs and duties on your order, you will receive reimbursement for any customs/duties already paid. As well, please send us a copy of the receipt for any additional charges that you have paid to info@luxyhair.com and we will follow up with our shipping partner to arrange a refund.
