Can I return or exchange my order?

We are pleased to accommodate exchanges on U.S. orders within 60 days on all sets that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. We even offer complimentary return shipping labels on all U.S. exchanges! We also accept returns on unopened sets for both international and domestic orders. For returns, kindly note that we do ask that customers cover the cost of the return label.

Good news is that all full sets of Luxy Hair extensions come with a tester weft in the top compartment of the round box. You can take out this piece to determine if the color is a good match. Please note that the tester weft is part of the full set, and is required to be shipped back with your order for a refund or exchange. As a kind reminder, our Volumizer Wefts do not come with a tester weft and are final sale if opened. For more information about our return policy, click here.
