Why was I charged twice for my order?
If you tried to place your order but it didn’t go through, your statement may show a pending charge at the first order attempt, however, if the purchase went through after you tried to place the order again you may see two charges on your statement. In this case, the first charge will be reversed right back into your account which can sometimes take a few business days. Please check your next credit card statement.
Kindly double-check your spam, junk and promotions folder just in case your confirmation email was filtered there.
