Why won’t my order go through?

We have a very secure checkout process - in the instance the billing information provided does not match what is associated with your credit card, the transaction will not go through. Also, since Luxy Hair is a Canadian based company, please ensure that your card has no restrictions when making an international order. If you're unsure, please contact your credit card company to see what information they have on file for you.

Once you have done this, we recommend clearing your cookies/cache & trying an incognito browser. If this problem persists, you can try to check out using PayPal as your payment method. If you’re still having trouble placing your order after trying all the above steps, please email our team at info@luxyhair.com with your full name, phone number, email, shipping address & a screenshot of the products you’d like to purchase.
