Why do I have to pay for my return label?

For U.S. orders, we kindly ask that our customers cover the nominal cost of $10 for return shipping as we offer free shipping within the US. As a kind reminder, we are happy to offer free return shipping for all US exchanges!

For international customers, the return label cost is $26 for DHL shipping. This service is a trusted carrier that will ensure your return arrives back to us safely and quickly.

This amount for your return label will be deducted from your total refund at the time of processing.
