I need to receive my exchange ASAP! What can I do?

If you need your exchange in a hurry, you can set your exchange up to ship with express shipping. To process an exchange with express shipping, please follow these steps: 

  1. Go to https://bit.ly/luxystartreturn.
  1. Input your 6-digit order number and the email used to place the order.
  2. Click on the item you wish to exchange.
  1. Select “Return Item”, not “Exchange item”.
  1. Select your reason and sub-reason for exchanging your set, and input any comments you would like to add.
  2. Click “Next”, and then select “Drop Off your Package at FedEx”.
  3. Select your preferred drop-off location or click “Proceed without selecting a drop-off location”.
  4. Click “SHOP NOW WITH $XXX”.
  1. You will be redirected to the Luxy Hair website homepage. Please add your preferred item to your cart and click “CHECKOUT”.
  2. In the Shipping method box, click “Change”.
  1. Select your preferred shipping method for the exchange order (e.g. FedEx Express).
  1. Select “Continue to payment” and follow the prompts to pay for the shipping and any other applicable charges.
  2. Once the order goes through, your exchange has been pre-ordered. You will receive instructions and a shipping label sent to your email.
  3. Once you drop the return order off at FedEx, your exchange order will be released for processing and will ship the next business day.* 
*Note: If you are in a hurry and need to receive your exchange ASAP, please drop your return off at FedEx as soon as you can. Your exchange order will not be released for processing and shipment until FedEx has scanned the return package into their system.
