Can I exchange for a different Collection, weight or length?

Yes! To exchange across Collections, weights, or lengths, please follow the steps below: 

  1. Go to
  2. Input your 6-digit order number and the email used to place the order.
  3. Click on the item you wish to exchange.
  4. Select “Return Item”, not “Exchange item”.
  5. Select your reason and sub-reason for exchanging your set, and input any comments you would like to add.
  6. Click “Next”, and then select “Drop Off your Package at FedEx”.
  7. Select your preferred drop-off location or click “Proceed without selecting a drop-off location”.
  8. Click “SHOP NOW WITH $XXX”.
  9. You will be redirected to the Luxy Hair website homepage. Please add your preferred item to your cart and click “CHECKOUT”.
    1. If your new set is an upgrade from your previous set, please follow the prompts to pay for any applicable charges.  
    2. The checkout page is also where you can add and pay for express shipping on your exchange order.
    3. If your new order costs less than the previous one, any price difference will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5 business days of our team receiving your return.  
  10. Once the order goes through, your exchange has been pre-ordered. You will receive return instructions and a shipping label via email. 
  11. Once you drop the return order off at FedEx, your exchange order will be released for processing and will ship the next business day.* 
*Note: If you are in a hurry and need to receive your exchange ASAP, please drop your return off at FedEx as soon as you can. Your exchange order will not be released for processing and shipment until FedEx has scanned the return package into their system.
