Do you offer in-person pickup at your warehouse?

We are delighted to now be able to offer in-person pickup for all of our customers in Salt Lake City, Utah.

To place an order for pickup, please email us at info@luxyhair.com with the subject Pickup Order. In the email, please provide your name, email, phone number, and a list of exactly which items you would like to receive. Our team will email you a custom invoice for your order. Once paid, our team will get to work packing up your order.

Orders placed before 2:30 PM MST (4:30 PM EST) on a business day will be ready for pickup same day.

Orders placed after 2:30 PM MST (4:30 PM EST) will be ready the next business day.

Please allow 2-3 hours after the order has been placed for it to be available for pickup.

Any orders placed for backordered items will not be ready for pickup until all items have been restocked.

Once you receive an email that your order has been fulfilled, your package is ready for pickup! Please head to the following address to pick up your order:

Pickup hours are 8 AM MST - 5 PM MST, so be sure to arrive before our warehouse closes for the day.

Please bring photo ID to pick up your package so we know it's you! We can't wait to bring you amazing hair days, faster than ever.

Please note that orders not picked up within 5 business days of being placed will be canceled and refunded.
