Do you have package insurance?
Yes, we do offer package insurance for U.S. orders. It is available for purchase for a very small fee at checkout when selecting your shipping method. Domestic customers (U.S. only) can opt-in for package protection. Customers who are protected can file claims to receive a replacement or a refund back for packages that are lost in transit, arrive damaged, or are stolen. The claim filing process is completely self-serve and easy to do online from 'My Account'.
If your package was marked delivered but you have not received it, or your package is at least 3 business days past its delivery window and appears to be lost in transit, please the following instructions to file a claim:
- Log in to your Luxy Hair account and click "My Account"
- On your account page, click on the order number in question to 'File a Claim'.
- Our team will review your claim and reach back out if they need any additional information.
