Why did my account balance go down?

You, or someone you referred, canceled or returned a purchase. Or, your points have expired. Points will expire within 12 months if your account has been inactive during this time period. Inactivity means that you have not earned or redeemed any points.

Ensure to keep your points by making a purchase or referring a friend!
