I referred a friend but didn't earn any points!

When referring a friend, ensure you scroll to the bottom of the Earn tab in the Rewards window and send your friend your unique link to make their purchase through. If their purchase is not made through this link, you will not receive your points. For the referral to be valid, your friend must be a new customer and must not already have a Luxy account.
