Is my order eligible for return or exchange?

At Luxy Hair, we take the safety of our customers and employees very seriously. As hair extensions are a sanitary product by law, we are unable to accept any sets that have been opened, worn, or tampered with.

Before sending your set back, please ensure that it meets the following criteria:

  1. Your order is still within the return window, which is 60 days after purchase.
  2. Both golden security seals (2) are intact.
  3. The tester weft is enclosed, in its original form and hasn’t been tampered with in any way (styled, dyed, products applied, and so on).

Image 1: Your full set should look like this in its box if it is untampered with.

Image 2: This photo shows how your security seals should look and how the tester should be enclosed.

Please note that for any unopened Last Chance sets, we are happy to provide an exchange or store credit.
