Our team offers three types of virtual color match appointments to help you learn about our extensions and choose the best set for you!

Types of Appointments

Color Match Consultation

Color Match Consultations are virtual one-on-one appointments with our team designed to help you determine the best set of Luxies for your hair. These appointments are 10-15 minutes long, and are for color and collection matching purposes only. Our virtual Color Match Consultations are a complimentary service we offer to help you select your perfect Luxy match.

Bridal Color Match Consultation

During our Bridal Color Consultations, we will help you pick a shade and set to help you achieve your desired look for your wedding event(s). Please note that this appointment will be help to select extensions only; we recommend also booking a hair trial with your chosen stylist before your wedding.

Thinning Hair Solutions Consultation

This consultation is for you if you are experiencing the beginning to middle stages of hair loss and would like help selecting a product to replace some of the lost density. From Fill-Ins to Toppers, our team will help match you to the best products for the way your hair grows. Please note that these appointments are consultations for choosing a product only, and are not for demonstration, troubleshooting, or instructional purposes.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book either of the appointment types above by clicking here. Feel free to submit any inspo photos or hair goals as part of the pre-appointment survey. On the day of your appointment, you can follow these instructions to prepare for our meeting. We can't wait to help you achieve your hair goals!

How do I prepare for my Color Match Appointment?

1. Ensure your appointment is booked during a time when there is daylight where you live, wherever possible. Daylight gives a very true impression of your hair’s undertones. 
2. Set yourself up where you can face a window with indirect sunlight. Again, indirect sunlight has very neutral tones and will accurately reflect how your hair looks in person. 
3. Make sure you have a working webcam and a strong internet connection so we can see you!
4. Be ready to have your hair pulled down and pulled forward over your shoulders. Don’t worry about wearing makeup, styling your hair, or tidying up! We’re just here to help you achieve the hair of your dreams. 
5. Gather any inspiration photos you have for the final look. Remember, we only have 15 minutes, so having everything ready will make sure we have time to choose the perfect set for your desired look. 

How do I join my Color Match Appointment?

1. Prepare for your appointment by following the instructions here.
2. Open your booking confirmation email from scheduling@squarespacescheduling.com.
3. Under the "Where" section, click the included link.
