Can I cancel an order before it ships?
We're sorry, but we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed.
Our warehouse team locks orders into processing right away to get them out the door as quickly as they can - this process is especially important during this busy holiday season to ensure we are doing everything on our end to minimize delays.
This means that even if you reach out directly after your order has been placed, or on the weekends, we still cannot make any changes to it. If you place an order but decide you no longer want it, please return your order via our returns center upon receiving it. We'll be happy to issue you a refund back once it's received at our warehouse, less the cost of the return label ($10 for both U.S. and international orders).
Or, you may simply refuse the package upon delivery and request to have it returned to the sender. This means the carrier will ship it back to us at no cost to you. If you are not home at the time of delivery to refuse the package, please bring the unopened package back to your local post office and request to have it returned to the sender that way. Once your package has arrived back to our warehouse, we'll go ahead and process a full refund.
