What is your return/exchange policy?

We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 60 days on all sets that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. We even offer complimentary return shipping labels on all U.S. exchanges!

Good news is that all full sets of Luxy Hair extensions come with a tester weft in the top compartment of the round box. You can take out this piece to determine if the color is a good match. Please note that the tester weft is part of the full set, and is required to be shipped back with your order (in its original form) for a refund or exchange.

For refunds, we kindly ask that our customers cover the cost of return shipping; $10 for U.S. orders and $26 for international orders, which will be deducted at the time of refund. For more information about our return policy, click here.

We are also happy to accept unopened Final Sale sets back for an exchange or store credit only. We do not offer refunds on Final Sale items.
