Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return or exchange?

Customers wishing to return their set for a refund will be responsible for all return shipping costs. If you use our return label, this cost is $10 for U.S. returns and $10 for international. We will deduct the shipping label cost from your total refund. Alternatively, you are welcome to use your own carrier/label at your cost, and a full refund will be issued once the unopened set arrives back at our warehouse.
If you are exchanging your order, we provide a complimentary return shipping label for all U.S. customers. You will not be required to pay the cost of it!
If you are exchanging an order outside of the US, we kindly ask you to return the original set and then re-purchase online, at your convenience.
