Are there any shipping delays because of the issues surrounding COVID-19?

Yes - we are still shipping! Your order will process and ship within 1 business day of being placed. If you place your order before 4pm EST on a weekday, it will ship the same day. 

U.S. CUSTOMERS: You will receive your order in the same timeframe listed here.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: We are now shipping all packages via DHL Express (1-5 business days) to avoid delays through the local post services, for a very small fee of $7 USD. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We are now shipping all packages via DHL Express (1-5 business days) to avoid delays through the local postal services. The following countries will be required to cover the cost of this shipping method for a very small fee of $10 USD: UK, France, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, New Zealand, Australia, Japan and Singapore. 

If your order was shipped via UPS Mail Innovations International, kindly note that we cannot guarantee delivery times for your order. Due to outbound international flights and cargo space being down 90% in the United States, we've seen a handful of international orders delayed at the airport. We apologize for the inconvenience.
