My points are missing and I can't find the discount code.

No code is necessary to redeem your points. If you have enough points to redeem, these will appear at checkout when you are logged into your account.

If you ever need to check back on the rewards you have redeemed, you will need to sign into your account and then, scroll down until you see the 'Rewards History' button.
