I'm in a rush! Should I exchange or return my order?

For U.S. orders -

We’re so excited for you to receive your perfect Luxy match! In order to bring you good hair days as quickly as possible, your exchange order or store credit will be released as soon as the carrier receives your return package with the security seals intact on the set(s). Therefore, if you're in a hurry, please drop your package off with the carrier ASAP so your new order or store credit can be processed.

Kindly note that exchange orders are shipped with standard shipping, so if you need express shipping, please opt for store credit and add express shipping when you checkout with your new order.

Please note that if your set is not received in returnable condition per our return policy, your original method of payment may be charged for the cost of the set.
For Canadian and international orders -

As a kind reminder, we are not able to offer international exchanges at this time. Please initiate a return here and re-order online whenever you are ready.
