This is why we designed our Luxy Hair Clip-In Bun packaging to come with a tester swatch. You can use this swatch to determine if the shade is a good match.
If it isn’t an ideal match, we are more than happy to accommodate a return or exchange as long as the main compartment of your Luxy box has not been opened and the golden security seal has not been tampered with within 60 days of purchase. We also offer complimentary return shipping labels on all US exchanges.
